NEW PATIENTS

All new patient dermatology appointments are scheduled by calling our main clinic: (830) 890-5181

Once your appointment is scheduled, your new patient paperwork will be sent via text message through our HIPAA-secure communication system, KLARA.

Please complete and submit your forms before arriving for your appointment to help us provide efficient and timely care.

If you are unable to complete your forms on your phone or tablet, you may download and print your paperwork in advance.

Be sure to bring any required referral from your insurance provider if applicable.

What to Bring to Your Dermatology Appointment

To help ensure a smooth visit, please bring the following items to your appointment:

✔ Referral documentation if required by your insurance
✔ A list of current medications and supplements
✔ Any questions or concerns you would like to discuss with your dermatologist
