Cosmetic Treatment Cancelation Policy
At Precision Dermatology, we strive to offer exceptional client care and promote an environment that allows you to develop a comfortable relationship with your cosmetic provider. Time is valuable to everybody so when scheduling with us, please remember that our providers have reserved this time exclusively for you. When appointments are not canceled or rescheduled in a timely manner, we are unable to fill these empty slots with patients that are waiting for services. We understand that life happens and if a change needs to be made to your appointment, we ask that you call us at least 48 hours in advance.
48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cosmetic appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Providing advance notice allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for appointments.
**If you fail to cancel or reschedule in the requested time frame or no-show your appointment, you will be required to deposit $100 prior to scheduling your next cosmetic service. That deposit will be credited to your service on the day of the appointment. If you fail to cancel/reschedule within 48 hours or you no show an additional appointment, you will forfeit your $100 deposit and you will be required to pay for your next requested service in full, prior to scheduling. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be refunded.**
